Our job is to teach the students we have
Not the ones we would like to have
Not the ones we used to have
Those we have right now
All of them

Ms. Michelle Smith, and a little about me
Hello, I'm Michelle Smith and I'm the mother of two wonderful kids. My mother went to school to be a teacher when I was a child and inspired me to go to college.
I graduated from Buhl High School in 2002. While attending high school, I received a National Merit Society award in science. I was actively involved with 4-H during junior high and high school; in fact, I spent a year as the president of my 4-H club. I also was an active member of my high school choir, and was in the school musical my junior year. I have spent time volunteering with both the Cub Scouts and the Girl Scouts. Watching them learn and explore was very rewarding. My journey through higher education has led me to pursue a degree in elementary education. I love to learn and can think of nothing better than having the opportunity to show the next generation how fun learning can be. Family is very important to me and we love to be outdoors. Camping, fishing, hiking, and swimming are some of the things we like to do together. |
